A great advantage of Redoubt Mountain Lodge is our close proximity to a tremendous amount of exciting adventures. Rest assured, as a guest of RML, numerous activities can be experienced throughout each day. Whether guests decide to fish, hike, photograph wildlife, kayak, explore or relax know that you set the pace and schedule.
Our productive fishery is less than 10 minutes away by boat and due to RML being the only lodge on the lake & river, there is never any rush to get the best fishing spot. Hiking trails begin steps from your cabin to no more than a 20 minute boat ride. Bear viewing can be done from the main lodge deck, short boat ride or kayak.
Each evening we encourage guests to discuss activity options with their guide in order for preparations to be made. However you choose to spend your time at RML, no time is wasted commuting.
Typical day at Redoubt Mountain Lodge
- 6:30-9:00 AM breakfast available in main lodge. After breakfast depart lodge with guide for morning adventures.
- Lunch is served at 12:30 so guests will need to be back by 12:15. Following lunch, depart lodge between 1:30-2:30 for more guided activities. Return back to lodge by 5:45 PM for appetizers at 6:00 with dinner at 7:00.
- After dinner and dessert, guests can enjoy a bonfire and a game of horseshoes or relax with a glass or wine in the hot tub.
- A sunset cruise around the lake is another pleasant way to end the day.
